On the residential side, the LH Team has represented a wide array of clientele in the sale, purchase, and rental of their homes, including numerous professional athletes, celebrities, and business executives, as well as first-time homebuyers and renters. On the commercial side, the LH Team represents owners in the sale of buildings, commercial condos, and development sites, and investors and developers in building and site acquisitions. In addition to commercial sales, the Team also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail spaces, and guides commercial tenants in lease renegotiations.

In addition to brokerage services, the Team also provides consultation and market reporting services on the NYC residential and commercial real estate markets to hedge funds.

Warner Lewis has received numerous awards and recognition for his achievements and has become a fixture in Halstead’s Gold Circle and Producer’s Council. A native of New York City, Warner is intimately familiar with the intricacies of the Manhattan real estate landscape.

Ari Harkov is a winner of the prestigious Real Estate Board of New York Rookie of the Year Award, given annually to one agent in all of Manhattan. He made one of the fastest rises to Vice President in company history. Ari is currently working towards his MBA at Columbia University.
